Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Practice Lead to spearhead the establishment and growth of our new AI practice. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of artificial intelligence technologies, along with a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering AI projects. As the AI Practice Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, establishing best practices, and building a high-performing team of AI specialists.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of the AI practice strategy in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Identify market trends and opportunities in the AI space and develop innovative solutions to address client needs.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and drive business development efforts.
Build and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their AI requirements, and providing strategic guidance and recommendations.
Provide thought leadership in AI, staying abreast of industry developments and emerging technologies.
Build, lead and mentor a team of AI specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
Oversee the delivery of AI projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and deliverables within the AI practice.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. PhD preferred.
Proven experience (10 years) in a leadership role within the AI field, with a focus on developing and delivering AI solutions.
In-depth knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and other AI technologies.
Strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to drive business growth through the adoption of AI.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute on long-term plans and initiatives.
Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve excellence.
Hands on knowledge with: Python, with generic and AI specific libraries such as Pydantic, Flask, HuggingFace, LangChain, Llama Index and Streamlit
LLM (OpenAI, Llama 2, Falcon, etc) fine tuning and prompt engineering.
